    The Social Media & Marketing Development Administrator, under the direction of the National Sales & Marketing Managers, will perform market research, collect publicly available information to identify market segments, competitive landscape, and positioning strategies as being responsible for developing company imageries and delivering a powerful and consistent brand. This will be achieved via digital and print form and by leveraging a proven graphics ability with great attention to details.
    • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
    • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
    • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Required Skill(s):
    • Maximum 30 years old. 
    • BA/BS (minimum) degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field. 
    • Strong skills on English communication (oral and written) it’s a must 
    • Five years of graphic design experience, preferably in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    • Advanced knowledge of current graphic design (and related) software applications including InDesign Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat
    • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Wordpress.org, C-Panel is a plus
    • Experience leading and managing and SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns (proven with perform track record)
    • Experience in setting up and optimizing AdWords campaigns  
    • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
    • Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.

    • Manage and maintain company website, social media, YouTube, blogs including review and execute SEO/SEM
    • Strategies, including creating content on each platform.
    • Coordinate any third-party marketing services
    • Manage execution of materials at vendors
    • Manage AdWords campaigns
    • Design, build and maintain social media presence
    • Support Marketing Managers in various marketing projects
    • Conduct market research; Update and analyze data
    • Maintain Customer Relationship Management tool
    • Manage brand standards and style including monitoring brand activity and its implementation, such as from name card to exhibition need: printing and production on all marketing tools brochures, flyers, posters, email headers, trade show banners, booth development, merchandize execution, product launch and exhibition implementation.
    • Develop and maintain OPS Indonesia brand development guideline, put on every detail rules and application from marketing application until company signage system.
