    The company have been growing significantly over the past couple of years and is looking for a "High Performing" Business Development Manager or Business Partner.
    Our plan of plantation located in Jambi, Bengkulu, Malang, Kalimantan, Palu, Sukabumi, Cianjur and others.
    Requirements :
    • Degree/Master Degree major in Business Management / Agriculture / Fisheries and Marine Science / related field.
    • Understand export / import business and other general trading would be advantage.
    • More than five years experiences in the same industries.
    Job Description
    • Evaluating market entry opportunities for the organisation, preparing business cases, financial models and plans to be presented to the Head of Business Management for discussion and vetting.
    • Assessing potential partners, performing competitive research, evaluating proposed deals/partnerships, and analysing and developing business cases for new business targets.
    • Identifying opportunities for business improvement and strategic new business opportunities.
    • Managing multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously, interacting with a diverse set of partners.
    • Execute Category plans ensuring achievement of the sales budgets.
    • Knowledge of the capabilities and competitive performance of new products.
    • Utilise market insights from multiple platforms and information sources across core and emerging categories.
    • Create compelling customer presentations to engage key customers and position the business as a market leader in best practice category management and customer marketing.
    • Working closely with all relevant functions to deliver competitive customer pricing meeting both the customers' needs and delivering the best outcome for the business.

    The Successful Applicant
    • We are planning to export, so that we need candidates who Fluent in English both written and verbally.
    • Proven sales ability including outstanding negotiation skills, persuasive ability, and excellent communication skills.
    • Ability to deal with clients at all levels and translate client needs into a complete solution.
    • Managing complex projects involving external partners.
    • Keen commercial and financial awareness.
    • Please bring a proposal to be discussed relating to the description of the work to be offered.
